Tabitha Gallerani is an internationally recognized Subject Matter Expert in human trafficking and an advanced trauma psychotherapist. Since launching her private practice in 2020, she has provided high-level, trauma-informed, client-centered psychotherapy for individuals navigating complex trauma, systemic exploitation, and recovery from labor and sex trafficking.
With over a decade of frontline clinical and strategic leadership, Tabitha operates at the intersection of clinical psychotherapy, forensic consultation, and global human rights policy.
Through her private clinical practice, Tabitha provides specialized trauma therapy and expert witness consultation, applying evidence-based, compassionate care to help survivors rebuild autonomy and resilience.

Vetted and listed as an official Trafficking in Persons Expert with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), INTERPOL, and USAID.
Cross-Border Advisory
Facilitated high-level anti-trafficking trainings and assisted governmental bodies across more than 13 countries in building capacity, protection protocols, and victim-identification systems.
U.S. Federal Curriculum
Served as an expert consultant creating national training curricula for the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC), and the Enhanced Collaborative Model (ECM) Human Trafficking Task Force.

Provided specialized clinical services and consultation directly connected to referrals from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), State District Attorney's Offices, and Human Trafficking Intervention Courts.

Founded the Anti-Human Trafficking Department at The Safe Center of Long Island, directing the Safe Harbour program, Adult Anti-Trafficking initiatives, and court-intervention services.
Safe Harbor & Policy Reform
Co-established the first specialized safe home for commercially sexually exploited minors in Miami, Florida, playing a critical role in statewide policy advocacy, Safe Harbor legislation, and federal trial support leading to successful prosecutions.
